At Nullstep, we provide high-frequency execution tools for architects of action. Our refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and based entirely on your platform activity. We believe trust is built through clarity, not fine print.

02. 14-DAY GUARANTEE

We offer a full refund within 14 days of your initial upgrade for the Pro and Sovereign tiers. This window gives you enough time to evaluate whether the system resonates with your workflow.

To protect our infrastructure costs, this guarantee is valid as long as you have not exceeded the following usage thresholds:

If your usage exceeds these thresholds within the 14-day window, it indicates significant platform engagement and the refund guarantee no longer applies.

03. THE NEXUS TIER

The Nexus tier is free forever. It provides access to the core execution environment at zero cost. Since no payment is collected, no refunds are applicable. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from within your dashboard.

04. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS

If you cancel a recurring subscription, your access continues through the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within an active billing period. You retain full access to all features until the period concludes.

05. EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES

We understand that unexpected situations arise. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the platform, or if you believe your case warrants special consideration, reach out to us directly. We review every case individually and with care.

06. HOW TO REQUEST

To request a refund, email support@nullstep.app with your account email and order number. Include a brief explanation and we will respond within 5 business days. All valid refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

07. PAYMENT PROCESSOR

All payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy. Refunds are subject to their processing timelines and may take up to 10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution.
