By accessing or using Nullstep, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the system. Nullstep is an autonomous execution environment designed for deep work and high-performance output.
02. SYSTEM USAGE
The system is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities that occur under your account.
03. SOVEREIGN TIER
The Sovereign tier provides lifetime access to the platform's core features. "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the product. Payments are processed securely via our designated providers and are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.
04. NEURAL DATA & PRIVACY
Nullstep processes data to optimize your execution threads. You retain ownership of your content, but grant us a license to process it for the purpose of providing and improving the service. Our privacy protocols ensure your data is handled with extreme care.
05. TERMINATION
We may terminate or suspend your access to Nullstep immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, our infrastructure, or third parties.
